Trolley Repair & Fleet Maintenance

Siltech provides a unique trolley repair service to their clients with planned preventative maintenance programs, which realise a number of benefits:

• There will always be sufficient trolleys available to their customers
• Trolleys will be presentable and serviceable, reflecting the high standards of the business
• Well-maintained trolleys reduce customer complaints and the risk of accidents.

Siltech attends each location four times per annum, two of which are to carry out full inspections of all available trolleys.

Major inspections allow Siltech to report back to the client on the standard of each fleet, the quality and serviceability of the fleet and to identify missing stock.

Siltech also installs the Carttronics loss prevention system which prevents trolleys being taken outside shopping centre boundaries.
